Beirut is in a bad way with electricity depending more on generators than anything else, and under the circumstances the hotel managed well, providing power for rooms, and lifts at most times and whenever really needed. And hot water. Staff friendly and honest -- returning inadvertent excess payment for example.

One of the best staff, especially the receptionist Mariana, in her beautiful style and appearance. As for my visit to the hotel, it was very beautiful. The breakfast is amazing, 10 out of 10.👍👍

The location in hamra area is perfect, people are very helpful and they have good manners .

Room is small but cozy. Location is perfect . I didn't try the breakfast, I was eating outside. Overall it was really great experience and will come back to Mozart hotel.
